find a mentor

Why use a Mentor

Mentor's facilitate a learning relationship to help people to take ownership of their own development, helping them to realise their own potential and reach their desired goals.

What does a mentor do?

Mentors support mentees by utilising a framework to guide discussions and developing actionable goals. This is delivered using active listening skills, while maintaining confidentiality and respect at all times.

What framework is used?

Our mentor(s) have undertaken high quality training with the North East Mentoring Organisation (NEMO) to guide mentees using Egan's Skilled Helper Model.
