SIMULATION Activity logbook

As you start out in your year, or your career, as simulation enthusiast it is worth collating evidence of all the teaching activity you are delivering. Not only is this good for a career in medical education, or to inform future employers of your activity, but it provides a platform for reflection and an understanding of the quality of your teaching.
